Today: Gmail and Slack, plus Brevo for outreach. Imports from HubSpot and Pipedrive are on the way. If your team lives somewhere else, tell us on the waitlist — it’s exactly how we decide what to build next.

Where does my data live?

On a single server you control, or on our hosted instance — your call. Either way the data is yours: export everything and walk away whenever you like, no hostage-taking.

Will Donna ever send something without me seeing it?

No. Never. Every outbound message waits for a human tap — she drafts, you approve. That isn’t a setting you can switch off by accident; it’s how she’s built from the ground up.

Who is Donna not for?

Solo freelancers — she’d be overkill. And large enterprises with fifty-plus reps and a dedicated ops team — you’ll be better served by Salesforce. Donna is for the real businesses in between.
